David Parker, General Partner
David has over 23 years in investment banking & capital markets experience, including 19 years at the Partner/Managing Director level. He spent most of his banking career with bulge bracket or elite boutique firms, including Lazard, RBC Capital Markets and Truist. David is an alumnus of Daniels & Associates, the venerable cable, media and telecom financial advisory firm founded by Bill Daniels. He was responsible for Board and C-level relationship management, leading private and public market capital markets and M&A executions, long-term strategic advisory, as well as team building. David has extensive experience leading many of the most prolific M&A transactions in the Technology, Media, and Telecom (TMT) and Digital Infrastructure sectors and is widely connected to industry participants.
David leads the day-to-day operations of F1 Capital Partners and is a member of the Board of Directors of Phenomics Health.
Lee Wallace, General Partner
Dr. Lee Wallace has over 17 years as a Senior Executive in the healthcare, technology, and telecom industries. He is the CEO of a technology conglomerate with affiliates who provide healthcare delivery, technology, claims payment processing, and real estate, all of which affords him a unique view into the healthcare ecosystem.
Dr. Wallace co-founded Southern Light, a large, regional fiber operator in the Southeastern US, which was acquired by Uniti Group in 2017 for $700 million.
Danielle Williams, CFO
Danielle previously worked for 14 years as an external auditor with the top ten public accounting firm, Crowe LLP. Danielle cultivated a reputation for being client-focused, adept at handling complex accounting issues, and thriving on challenging engagements across a wide range of industries, notably within the Technology, Media, and Telecom sector.
Danielle has a Bachelors and Masters of Accountancy degrees from the University of Tennessee and an active CPA license.
J. Scott Rader, Principal
Scott has 30+ years of professional experience in investment management and capital formation. Prior to joining F1 Capital, Scott was an SVP at a healthcare-focused VC firm based in TN.
Scott holds an MBA in Finance from Wright State University and a Bachelors in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan.
